The core benefits of using NLINK are the simplicity of deployment, speed and flexibility of changes, and the robustness and ease of ongoing support. When co-deployed with Spartakus Asset Performance Management, customers enjoy the advantage of a holistic system designed, deployed and supported by a single, trusted vendor; Spartakus Technologies.

Network Diagrams

NLINK is typically deployed on the corporate network and must be provided network access to both the system(s) it is integrating and to SAP. When SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is deployed in the cloud, the vast majority of deployments connect the corporate network to the cloud network via a VPN which allows all of the traditional SAP connectivity methods to be used. This approach also provides the flexibility of seamlessly supporting subsequent moves of the SAP system to a different cloud provider and/or relocation to a traditional on-premise deployment.

In the case of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, connectivity to SAP is restricted and only possible via secure web services. Consequently, the connectivity methods are greatly reduced.

The architecture diagrams below show the various SAP connectivity options available for the different types of SAP systems.
